Pavone is an independent luxury accessories brand offering individually handcrafted, limited-edition creations.

By using this website, you confirm that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
3. Products
All Pavone creations are handcrafted in limited quantities. Product images are as accurate as possible; however, minor variations in color, texture, and finishing are inherent to artisanal production and are not considered defects.
Pavone reserves the right to discontinue any product at any time without notice.
4. Pricing
All prices are displayed in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise indicated. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price applicable to your order is the price confirmed at checkout.
Applicable taxes will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery address.
5. Payment

Payment is processed securely at the time of order. Pavone does not store payment card information.

An order confirmation email will be sent upon successful payment. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of the order. Pavone reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud, with a full refund issued.

Pavone's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the order in question.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Province of Quebec.
