Return & Refund Policy

At Pavone, every creation is individually handcrafted in limited quantities using premium materials. Each piece is treated as a wearable work of art, and our return policy reflects the care, craftsmanship, and integrity behind every creation.

This policy is designed to be transparent, fair, and compliant with applicable consumer protection laws.

Return Eligibility

Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a voluntary return request.

To qualify for a return, the item must:

  • Be unworn, unused, and in its original condition

  • Be returned with all original packaging, accessories, and documentation

  • Have the Pavone Authenticity Seal intact and unaltered

  • Show no signs of wear, use, cleaning, modification, or damage

Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused for return or refund, except where required by applicable consumer protection laws.

Final Sale Collections

Due to their handcrafted nature, limited production, and seasonal or artistic intent, the following items are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for voluntary return or exchange:

  • Holiday & Christmas Collections

  • Limited Edition Collections

  • Seasonal Collections

  • Custom or personalized creations

  • Gift cards

This does not affect any rights or remedies that may be required under applicable consumer protection laws.

Quality Inspection

All returned items undergo a detailed inspection before any refund is approved.

A refund may be refused if the item shows evidence of:

  • Wear or use

  • Perfume, smoke, or other odors

  • Makeup or cosmetic residue

  • Pet hair, lint, or environmental debris

  • Dirt or signs of exposure

  • Alterations or repairs

  • Missing packaging or accessories

  • Removed, damaged, or altered Authenticity Seal

  • Intentional or improper damage

If a return is refused, the item may be sent back to the customer.

Authenticity Protection

Each Pavone creation includes a Pavone Authenticity Seal, designed to ensure the integrity of the handcrafted piece.

Removal, cutting, or alteration of this seal may affect eligibility for return or refund, except where prohibited by applicable law.

Handcrafted Nature

Every Pavone piece is individually handcrafted.

Minor variations in texture, stitching, placement, shape, or finishing are natural characteristics of artisanal craftsmanship. These variations are not considered defects but part of the uniqueness of each creation.

Product Documentation

Each Pavone creation is photographed and documented prior to shipment to record its condition and craftsmanship at the time of dispatch.

This documentation may be used in the assessment of return requests or disputes regarding condition upon receipt.

Non-Defective Damage

The following are not considered manufacturing defects:

  • Normal wear

  • Improper storage or handling

  • Accidental damage

  • Misuse or inappropriate use

  • Cleaning attempts

  • Modifications or alterations

This list does not limit any rights granted under applicable consumer protection laws.

Fraud Prevention & Refusal Rights

Pavone reserves the right to refuse any return, exchange, or refund request that appears fraudulent, abusive, inconsistent with normal consumer use, or not in good faith, following inspection and in accordance with applicable laws.

Refund Processing

Once a returned item has successfully passed inspection, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
